Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from when your order is received. The return fee is $10.

Return Guidelines:

-All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.

Exchanges:

We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.

How to Process a Return:

Simply email us at (Bahareh@baharehalexander.com) with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $10 return and restocking fee.
